Meet Molly. She's one of the two loves of my life; the other is my wife. Right now there's just us three, but we will soon be growing and I'm confident that Molly will make a good nursemaid. Actually, in addition to growing our human family, my wife and I have decided that we would like to get another Greyhound to round us out to a foursome.

Molly enjoys watching nature programs on TV with us. I don't know if you've heard this, but Greyhounds generally don't bark: they make a 'talking' noise. Well, whenever she sees small prey on one of these nature programs, such as rabbits, she starts her 'talking'. It's too cute. In fact, we think it's so funny we are thinking of recording it for submission to the Planet's Funniest Animals. If you are thinking about adopting a Greyhound, I can guarantee that you will love and adore yours and that your Greyhound will reciprocate and provide you with plenty of love and laughter.

A few bits of advice that I would like to add are to be sure to train your Greyhound with a leash. I can't tell you how many times we have let Molly off the leash and have regretted it. On one occasion she ended up chasing a cat across a busy street and was hit by a car. Fortunately, she was not injured too badly, but it just about made our hearts stop to see her running out of control (it's their prey instinct). The other thing is that Greyhounds are extremely sensitive to insecticide. We don't even use a flea collar on her. So, learn as much as you can about this breed and then...enjoy!
